Request for more language tags in the PBB dialog
I have a swedish UI but swedish is lacking in the language tag drop down in the Personal Book module. Can you please add swedish? [;)]

I agree. The ability to input a custom language would be very nice. One of the Personal Books that I would like to create is a translation of the Bible into Huichol.

What I would like to know is, what is the purpose of setting the language. Is it the way it recognizes the Bible references? Is it setting a language tag in the library? Or something else?
I created all my Czech and Polish books (Bibles) with language set to English. And it works (with English references of course). It would be great if the language setting would determine the references recognition by PBB compiler.

If these are Bible references, the hover popup will display text from your preferred Bible by design.

He's saying that although the compiler recognises 1 Kings 3:17 and turns it into a link, it doesn't recognise 1 Brenhinoedd 3:17 (that's Welsh, by the way). It means when compiling non-English books, you have to manually tag all the Bible references - none of them are done automatically. It would be great if the compiler automatically recognised non-English Bible book names.

In German, it's 1. Könige 3, 17. Note that German language bible references typically use comma instead of colon (just throwing this in, in case a developer rewrites the Bible reference parsing code, he/she might adjust for this, too)

Why should that surprise you ? Czech always gets short shrift. Since you were born already speaking Czech [;)], you probably don't realize how difficult it is to find something to help learn Czech, but for some reason there are plenty of books and programs to learn a useless language like French [6].

I would also appreciate norwegian and icelandic. In addition to swedish, which is already noted above, those are the ones I would be using. I guess there are more people like me coming from small language traditions, and perhaps there is more to the selection box than just adding entries. So I wonder if it could work just a well to have an "other" language category.
I have tested the personal book builder using an icelandic text, which I marked as being english. Are there any specific downsides to this?
