Compiling PBB crashes Logos4

I was successful to create a simple monograph book (English text) and it worked very nice. All references are active.

However, after trying to create a versified book of the Bible type, I use Genesis in Czech language and it always crashes Logos when trying to compile a book.

One thing I can add is that when I created other book with the same file of Czech Bible text, but the title of the book is without non-English characters, it worked well.

I also had a crash when compiling a book that had a non-English character in the Copyright field (the copyright symbol ©; hmm...that should be expected in that field). I wonder if your crash is related to mine: http://community.logos.com/forums/t/33876.aspx
