Thanks so much for PBB. I've imported my 120,000 word thesis, just to give you all a challenge! It did a pretty good job. Here are the problems though:
- The contents page (build automatically by Word) added blue underlining to all the headings/pages, but didn't actually create hyperlinks. To be faithful to the original, there should have been links but no underlining.
- The whole document is in one font. I presume this is by design.
- But, Greek text seems to have defaulted to Arial Unicode, or maybe even Tahoma.
- Paragraph spacing didn't import.
- Line spacing didn't import.
- Font sizes don't appear to be quite right. Small fonts are very small compared to how they appear in Word.
- Bullets are missing on bulleted lists.
- Page numbers are missing. This would be quite important to me.
- Footnotes are missing. This is even more important.
- Cross references to page numbers/footnotes are also missing.
One more thing: you may want to disable "report typo".
Other than those problems, it really is very good.
