These are the same Types you can see in your Library. I don't know of a description anywhere.
Probably sorting your Library by type and looking to see what sorts of resources are found under each one would be the best way to figure this out.
The 'type' helps Logos to know where to use the books. For example Grammars are used in the Grammars section of the exegetical guide. Certain types assume certain milestones (e.g. commentaries should have bible milestones). As Mark says, the best way is to find a similar book in your library and see what type it is. Remember that monograph is a catch-all for all non-special books.
