PBB: Not all libronixdls: links in a DOCX are converted successfully

I have a Word DOCX with many libronixdls: links, but they consistently don't convert to L4 PBB links unless they are bible references. Examples of links in the DOCX to other resources which do not compile are:

libronixdls:jump|pos=LLS-AOL:0%3cHEBREW7238%3e.0.0|res=LLS:46.30.10 (valid link)

libronixdls:jump|pos=LLS-AOL%3A3632%3CP...61%3E.1312.0|ref=bible%2Bbhs.1.2.8|res=LLS%3A29.6.5
