What do You think about creating a "Tech Support Forum"?

What would you envisage such a forum doing that isn't already done on the forums we have?

I envisage this Forum being designated to topics Tech Support related only. More focused on "Fixing Logos" issues instead of having them scattered throughout other forums. Just another way to organize and direct a little better.

Well, the Logos 4 forum is for Windows tech support and the Logos4Mac forum is for Mac tech support. Beta support is in the respective beta forums.
You only have to go to the one forum that matches the version you have.(Although beta users need to continue to read the regular forum for their platform).
Of course, you'll find help on how to use Logos, in addition to the bug reporting, in those forums. Is that the problem?

I apologize I was thinking that maybe those forums were just for Logos 4 related Questions. Maybe we could rename them "Logos 4 Win Tech Support" etc...

Not a bad idea. Clearer names might be helpful--especially since Mac users often post in the "Logos4" forum not knowing that the Mac help is found in a different forum ("Logos4Mac").
(By the way, forum related issues (and suggestions) can probably get more visibility to the website developers if they're posted in the Logos.com Website forum. [:D] )
Perhaps "Logos 4" forum could be renamed "Logos 4 PC" to be consistent with "PC Beta" sub-forum. Note: "Logos 4 Mac" forum has "Mac Beta" sub-forum.

I've long wanted Logos 4 renamed to Logos 4 PC, but I don't support the suggested Tech Support addition. I think it would mislead people to expect answers from the official Logos Tech Support, rather than from other users.
I thought Logos personel were watching the "tech support" forums, to catch all issues..
They may watch -- primarily to look for bugs -- but they seldom intervene to give "Tech Support". They generally leave that task to us.
The primary reason for this post was "Logos bugs" and the like. Maybe we should have a forum titled "Community Help"...
Duh ! And I thought that the entire forum was "community help." Silly me.
