Now that Ive finally had a chance to sit down and install beta 6 (no time to play with PBB at the moment, shucks!) I twice got a error writing to the c:\users\tcblack\apdata\local\logos4\system directory.
I clicked Retry, got the message again at 9 seconds remaining and the install completed.

This is an issue I know Tech Support deals with fairly often. I never made it to 'Level 2', but if I remember correctly you may be able to get the update installed by saving the setup file to the desktop (or wherever you feel like saving it to) and then right-clicking on it to 'Run as administrator.'
Interestingly enough, hitting retry each time it happened allowed the install to happen. Strange.
