Getting expired DVD into library

I purchased Hengstenberg's Commentary on the Psalms on DVD a year before I purchased the Silver edition.  I let Hengstenberg sit unopened.  I tried to down Hengstenberg into Logos 4 but I have not succeeded into getting into my library.  Has the code expired and do I need to contact Logos service department for a solution?

Also, I purchased Thayer's Greek Lexicon, and downloaded it, but it does not get included when I do an exegetical search.  How do I get Thayer included?

I don't think the codes expire.  Your options for getting into Logos 4 are either

• Install Logos 3 (if you haven't), then install Hengstenberg into Logos 3 and activate it with the code, and then synchronize your licenses with the Logos server (by using the Tools->Account Management menu option) in Logos 3.  Then when you start Logos 4 again, it should detect the new license and download the resources.

or

• Call support and tell them the activation code and they will enable Hengstenburg in your licenses. Then when you start Logos 4 again, it should detect the new license and download the resources.  This may be the easiest option if you don't have Logos 3 installed.

Also, I purchased Thayer's Greek Lexicon, and downloaded it, but it does not get included when I do an exegetical search.  How do I get Thayer included?

By "exegetical search" I'm assuming you mean the Word by Word section of the Exegetical Guide.  What lexicons do show up? Does it show up when you click "more" underneath the ones that do? (only the top three show up by default)
