PBB Bug: 4.3 Beta 6: Link at beginning of doc ends up in TOC and breadcrumbs unparsed

Create a PBB source document (.docx) with only this line in it:

[[Preface|link.pos=s1.v1.a0.w0.b1|res=anf01]]

Then compile it to a Personal Book and open it.

The link works fine (I finally got it working after a convoluted process; see this thread) but it shows up as tag source code in the TOC and the breadcrumb:

I find that the first line in the document goes to the table of contents no matter what it is (link or no link).  I wish it wouldn't.

And also, any TOC entries created anywhere in the document that have links in their text will show the link source.
