Problems with 3g

I recently upgraded to the Logos 3 g. The program has not worked the same since. My computer is a Vista 32 bit. I use Mozilla Firefox. Someone suggested that the problems were due to IE9. So, I downloaded the patch for IE9. This did fix some problems (such as allowing the drop down menus to fill in).

Some of the problems that still exist are:

When I go to the home page it does not have the Topical Search (only the Study Passage and Study Word option.)

When I search a passage the option of Cross References does not come up. The topics nor illustrations come up either after a search.

The program freezes repeatedly.

Any help you have is appreciated.

Assuming you've done all of the above correctly, the only thing remaining may be to run at least the first two of the scripts below. The third may be necessary too and certainly wouldn't hurt.

Just to clarify:

Are these listed when you click Passage Guide Properties?
