I don't seem to be able to rename highlighters or Palettes. I made a duplicate, renamed it, but it still says HIGHLIGHTER PENS (2)...
EDIT - after a restart, it did change the name. Is this a known issue?
I am able to reproduce the issue and will report it to Development.
