Update installer error

I logged onto Logos 4 Mac like usual and it said click in the little box in the lower right corner to download 548.7 megabytes of updates. I did that. Now, however every time I now start Logos, I get the message that a new version of Logos 4 is ready to install. When I click to install, it begins, but in just a few seconds I get an error message and the only option is to cancel. It is a never ending loop. So, I don't know what to do at this point. I can still use the program as before, but the new install option comes up each time with the corresponding error message.

 

According to Logos 4 Mac, my current version is Logos Bible Software 4.2a SR-5 (4.21.5.0959)

The update (548 MB) could have included updates to books as well as a program update. There could have been a problem with an update of a book title which causes the update process to fail before getting to the program update.

The latest program version is 4.2b SR-1 (4.22.5.1109).

You can always update the program file manually from this link http://www.logos.com/logos4mac 

Suggest you shut down Logos 4 Mac, download the program update and run it, then run Logos and see what happens. If a problem persists you will need to post your logs to see which title has upgrading problem.
