Using Logos on the iPad while Off-line

I recently got an iPad 2 to use Logos thinking that it will function like my laptop. Sadly it doesn't. While off-line, I can only read the books / Bibles. I am unable to do word study while off-line. I did manage to look up a greek word on the interlinear Greek-English Bible, but I am unable to look up Hebrew words while off-line. Can someone please teach me how to use all the functions while off-line? Which books do I need to load into my iPad in order to do word studies? Thank you!

1. While in a resource (book), you can click the "info" button in the upper right hand corner. This will allow you to use a resource "offline."

2. Bible word studies work from the internet and are not available in offline mode. The Logos iPad app, when offline, is little more than an ebook reader.

Logos application for iOS devices lacks many features compared to Logos 4 (Mac & PC).

The NET Bible has many insightful translation footnotes. Thankful Logos offers the NET footnotes as a separate resource that can be downloaded for offline use (parallel on split screen).

Also, United Bible Societies (UBS) handbooks can be downloaded for offline use, which cross cultural translation insights.

"Lexham Hebrew-English Interlinear Bible" shows brief English with Hebrew (wish could choose which lines display). Searching appears more miss than hit; unable to choose individual lemma for search. With split screen and knowing Hebrew Alphabet, can lookup Hebrew lemma using table of contents in "Enhanced Brown-Drive-Briggs Hebrew and English Lexicon", "Theological Wordbook of the Old Testament" (TWOT), "Dictionary of Biblical Languages with Semantic Domains: Hebrew (Old Testament)". The NET Bible notes have Hebrew lemma so search bit more fruitful (albeit bit more time consuming).

Actually I attended a free seminar by the Accordance people and was completely impressed their software on the iPad. So I thought that I could do the same with Logos. Alas, not so..
