Updated PBB Wiki Page: Now includes creating links to other resources

I've been doing some more work trying to work out PBB syntax. You can see the fruits of my efforts at the updated Wiki page: http://wiki.logos.com/Personal_Books
I've tried to clarify the page, and added new information about creating links to other resources, which means it's now possible to create links without using Logos 3. The current implementation of PBB makes it easy to link to specific page numbers in other resources, but it's more difficult to link to headings. Here are examples of both, giving the syntax and the result:
[[(Hartley, 1988)|ref=page.476|res=LLS%3ANICOT18JOB]]
(Harley, 1988)
[[see Moses|pos=T0002602|res=LLS%3A14.0.10]]
see Moses
(The tricky thing in the latter case is finding the position. I explain how to do that on the Wiki.)

Do you know of a way of creating internal links within a document and footnotes or endnotes? Or should footnotes automatically be built by PBB from the source file?

With endnotes you could do it manually by adding milestones and position info, but it would be a lot of hassle. Logos have given the impression they're working on supporting Word footnotes/endnotes, so my advice would be to wait until then.
