Currently I am only able to quick search the New International Version of the Bible, using Logos version three. How do I add other versions of the Bible to the drop down menu in quick search?
Hi Jonathan, welcome to the Forum!
If i understand you when you refer to Quick Search, you are speaking of Bible Speed Search. Then the default Bible showing in Bible Speed Search is:
(click on above image to larger view)
A. Bible Speed Search panel
B. The default Bible that appears in the Bible selector box is the current active Bible that you were reading in. If i had the ESV active and opened Bible Speed Search, then it would show up in the Bible selector box.
Hope this helpssteve
Thank you. That was helpful. Once I opened another Bible version I was able to "quick search" within that version. The odd thing, however, is that the drop down menu within quick search is still blank. On my previous laptop I was sure I could use that drop down menu to quickly switch from speed searching one version to another.
Thanks again.
Hmmm...the drop down Bible selector box shows all my Bibles.
Does your Library show you all the resources that are Unlocked?
Yes, they are all unlocked, but none of them appear in the quick search drop down menu.
Jonathan ... this sounds a lot like the IE9 problem (not populating a menu). Do you have IE9 installed? And if so, did you install the patch? That would be my first guess.
