Just read a little bit of how different companies secure users' information and thought it might be applicable to Logos. For example, a password vault company xyz encrypts user data on his/her local computer and uploads only encrypted "gibberish." Even if Government or any third party presents a subpoena for user's data - it will be unreadable, PROVIDED the user employed a sufficient password. The notion that everything can be cracked is only perpetuated by today's media. Before I get blasted on this point, let's agree that even 2 years of non-stop cracking using computational resources at hundreds of dollars per hour is not practical.
The truth is, even employing todays' amazing advances in technology and computational speed, it might take bad guys hundreds of centuries to crack my 14 character logos password.
so, if Logos NEVER uploads unencrypted user data to their servers, require a strong password to begin with, they save on data security, legal costs, and will be able to take a stand against a hostile foreign government requiring user information.
