BUG: PBB description field needs an on-screen size limit

The description field grows in size indefinitely (it appears).  When I pasted in too much text, the field extends off the bottom of the window and prevents me from seeing the end of the field or accessing the buttons that are below it.  I have to widen my window to gain access to all of the controls.  The window scroll bar is no help.

The field needs to be limited in size so that all of the PBB fields and buttons stay in the window. A scroll bar probably needs to be in the description field.  Also, perhaps moderating the cover image size would help as well.
