I have tried using text comparison but it will not let me use the bibles I want. The text comparison has its own list of bibles and ignores mine when I try to enter them. Thanks for someones help in advance.

First, check out http://wiki.logos.com/Text_Comparison and see if it can get you using this tool the way you want.
Also, http://wiki.logos.com/Linking_Resources could also give you another way to get a "parallel Bible"
