I started using the sentence diagramming tool this morning (running Logos 4.3 beta 7 on Mac). It's quite pretty and functional. But CPU on 2 cores runs at close to 100% as I move words around, add symbols, etc. The impact on my Macbook Pro's battery life is really bad - where I had approx 8.5 hours battery (estimated) left before I started diagramming, I have have an estimated 3 hours (some 15 minutes after starting diagramming). The text formatting dropdown menus (that drop down from the 'Text' button on the sentence diagram) suffer from the same jumpy mouse tracking that other parts of Logos for Mac suffered from previously (Visual Styles palette and Prayer List come to mind as past examples of very slow UI components).
The sentence diagramming looks great but (badly) needs some profiling and optimization.
Anyone else run into these perf. issues?
