I had to restore my computer to earlier setting but now L4 is crashing... It wants to send the error report to windows. He is the data in the report....3542.Logos Error Report.txt
Will L4 start with a blank layout? To determine this
Press and hold the Ctrl key while you double click the Logos icon
When the sign-in screen comes up check "Use Blank Layout"
This procedure will also turn on logging for that session see this link and post logs if L4 does not start http://wiki.logos.com/Diagnostic_Logging
Unfortunately the sign-in window doesn't even come up....[*-)]
You may want to try to repair the Logos 4.msi
To do this navigate to AppData/Local/Logos4/Install/Installers
Right click the Logos 4.msi file and select repair
If you logging enabled (see the wiki page in the previous post) you should have logs and it would help to post those if repairing the .msi does not work.

Go to Control Panel | Programs and Features (Add/Remove Programs in XP) and right click Logos Bible Software 4 for Repair.
EDIT: the other files are hidden and can be viewed after changing the View setting in Control Panel | Folder Options
I've tried everything.... Still can't get it to be logged.... I cannot locate the msi file either.... I had a similar issue with other programs such as itunes and I reinstalled them and not they work..... Any other suggestions????
What version of windows are you running?
The path I gave you originally is to the directory the file resides in. I was not aware this could be rpaired directly from the Programs listing in the control panel.
As Dave said above in Windows Vista and Windows 7 the programs are listed in Program and Features. To get to this screen
Click Start
Select Control Panel
Click Programs and Features
Look for Logos 4
Right click and select Repair
In XP you use the same procedure except you will see Add and Remove Programs instead of Programs and Features.
If repairing the installation does not work, I would suggest calling Logos Tech Support on Monday.
