Reading off line?

It appears that there is relativity little reading that can be done off line. Or am I missing something?

I have Scholars base package plus a couple of odd titles in my logos library so perhaps there are more resources that are able to download that I don't have. Or perhaps I just missed how to download certain resources.

 

If not, are there plans to open up more resources to use off line?

If not this makes the app not much more useful than bilbia.com.

There are just lots of times when I need to get things done and I'm not connected. I may be in a minority here because I use a WiFi tablet not a 3G phone, but I think WiFi android devices are becoming more prevalent as time goes on.

OK I figured it out...

You have to touch the little arrow on the right hand side ot the screen to go to the information page for that title in order to download it.

I would suggest doing something to make this more "simple stupid" like changing the arrow to a download button.  Until now I have primarily used the Barnes and Noble app and it is far more clear on how to download my titles.

I would agree... it took me a min or 2 to figure it out as well.

For me (a long-time user of Logos on iOS), downloading the resource for offline reading was very intuitive.

I too, scratched my head, for about 5 minutes on this, even though it's mentioned in the release notes, which I read before tinkering or installing it.

I would agree also...something more obvious (that is unless Logos likes fielding tech calls for this issue )

Also, while reading you can tap the "i" that displays in the upper-right corner when the navigation menu is shown. A random tap in the body of the text displays the navigation menu.
