Why is buying the Socio-Rhetorical commentary in it's entirety such a mission?

I recently bought the 8 volume Socio-Rhetorical commentary bundle...realising that I would still have to purchase Craig S. Keener's new addition to the series on Matthew.  BUT...lo and behold, I see that there are more volumes being released, but only as a part of the IVP New Testament Studies bundle.  Why should I have to buy this whole bundle just to keep up with the Socio-Rhetorical commentary seires?  And is the volume on Hebrews, James and Jude repeating the same commentary on Hebrews contained in "Perseverance in Gratitude"?

"The original Socio-Rhetorical Commentary was published by Eerdmans. While as you can see, the Socio-Rhetorical Commentary currently on Pre-Pub is published by IVP.

Same author, same writing style but different publishers.

It looks to me as if Witherington is passionate about the Socio-Rhetorical method of commenting on scripture, so he writes on it regardless of who is publishing him.  Technically these newer volumes are not in the originally series, but I'll buy the collection and pretend that they are.
