... when copying a passage of any length directly from a resource window. I remember this being something to do with Copy Bible Verses settings, but I can't find a way to change this.

I too prefer Rom to Ro. I don't think there is currently an option to use medium length book abbreviations. The CBV style syntax has only two choices for the book name: FullBookName and ShortBookName.

I've done some experimenting, and here are all the "ShortBookName" abbreviations:

I see two possible ways forward on this:
1) Logos provides a middle option MediumBookName for the most common medium-length abbreviations, e.g. Gen, Lev, Num, Deut, 1 Sam, 1 Kgs, 1 Chron, Neh, Prov, Ecc (or Eccl?), Song, Isa, Jer, Ezek, Dan, Hos, Nah, Zeph, Zech, Matt, Rom, 1 Cor, Gal, Phil (that could be ambiguous with Philemon, however currently Logos interprets it upon user input as Philippians), 1 Pet, Rev
2) Logos allows us access to the list of "short book names" to edit it ourselves to use our preferred short forms.
