Bug: PH-B01 First Time Bypass Login

First time install confusion

Symptom:

If I click
on the "Open" button made available immediately after successful
installation, the app directly jumps into the ASV title page... bypassing the
opening screen, and the login/config prompt. And there are no menus for
adjusting your login id... so initially I thought the beta was only for a small
number of public domain books! Exit the app and re-enter to see the
login/config screen.

Workaround:
exit and restart the app

My config: HTC Evo Shift 4G, Android 2.2, SD=16GB,
