Bug: PH-B02 First Time (or Guest?) KJV will not open.

First time install confusion

Symptom:

During the
same first-time "open" with no login configured, I downloaded the KJV
(not Authorized Version - KJV1900.) and could not get it to display. This was
not a network issue; the message was "Could not create a resource
display."

Workaround: Login to
Logos
