Bug: PH-B03 Library display unusably slow for first hour

First time install confusion

Symptom:

For the
first hour or so of operation, the Library list would hardly scroll, up or
down. "CatLog" (console logger) showed the app was downloading and
unzipping many jpg files and other user interface elements. (I'm on a 1.5mbit
DSL here, the fastest available in my area.)

Workaround: Wait a
while before attempting to use the app

My config: HTC Evo Shift 4G, Android 2.2, SD=16GB,
(Sprint)
