Bug: PH-B07 Some text symbols do not display at all

Symptom

I first
see this in "Apparatus for the SBL", at the beginning of
"Symbols Used in the Text". All I see (where ___ is blanks) is:
" ___ or ___ or __¹ A textual note..." -- this for the first two
entries. Then later, under "Symbols used in the notes", the first
several ones are ok, but the double-square bracket symbol next to #6 is
missing, "Used by Westcott and Hort to mark material that they did not
think..."

Workaround:
None
