Resources with Apocrypha don't display book/chapter/verse menu or don't display it correctly

When using the two resources in my library which are only the Apocrypha, they would not open at first, then after a couple of tries they opened but trying to navigate by book/chapter/verse caused a force close.

When using resources that have the OT + Apocrypha, the book/chapter/verse menu appears garbled and doesn't work properly.  There are no force closes on that one though.

    This is still an issue for Beta 2.  I don't see it listed in known issues under Beta 2.  I noticed today that in the resource "King James Apocrypha" the verse picker is messed up.  Thanks.
