An error occurred during the installation of assembly - HRESULT: 0x800736FD

Hi,

Trying to install Logos 4 and during the install I get this error.

I have tried installing Windows updates, the Visual C++ updates and even the registry edit.
I've looked at the similar post on this forums all with no luck.

I am using Windows 7 Pro 32bit on a Intel Core Duo 2.8GHz - 4GB RAM
