Bug: Biblical Places, "download failed" message, and opening causes force close.

Downloading Biblical Places causes a hang at about 15% and then the download fails.
Just trying to open it also causes a force close.
This was tried on my Asus Transformer, 32 gb storage, tegra2, 1gb ram, custom 3.1 rom.
