I have problems with install on Logos 4 Alpha (MAC)

Help if you can??? I downloaded Logos 4 on my Mac yesterday on on the upper right hand side of the screen I have the blue Icon with the hour glass, but when I put the curser on the Icon it says => Logos Bible Software is downloading updates (0%of 7.0GB)??? It has been just like that for 28 hours! Has anyone had this issue and if so what can I do to proceed!

what does this actually fix. Mine doesnt download anything and the blue icon isnt there ever. It did on first install but only for a few minutes and has not loaded dpwnloaded any resources I sure hope this fix helps u mention
