Bug? SD card now takes a long time to load

Since installing logos, every time I restart my device or connect it to a computer (to view the contents of the micro SD card on the computer) it takes a very long time to check the SD card for errors.  When I click the unmount button it takes near 5 minutes before the contents are available to my phone again.  

I have downloaded maybe 10 resources in logos which I know create files on the SD card.

I'm assuming there isn't a hardware problem with my SD card since it was working quickly before Logos.  Anyone else with this issue?
