Seems John Huss was one of the key players in the Reformation. Has Logos been able to find any of his writings and digitize them?
You should send an email to suggest@logos.com
Bohuslav might know if anything's available in English. I had an excellent book in German - the introduction telling about him and his background actually inspired me more than his writings, and made me realise church history can be interesting.
Not Bhuslav, but I find only one of Huss's works in English

I also find two biographies

Something on / by John Wycliff would also be good.
It would be great to have some of Huss' writings in Logos. I served as an intern several years ago now in a Presbyterian church in the tiny town of Clarkson, Nebraska that spoke Czech exclusively until 1965, and proudly traced their heritage back to the Hussites. There were pictures of the swan on fire in the church, and over the entrance to the sanctuary representations of the vernacular Scriptures and the Cup; the two things Huss fought and died for, i.e. the right of the people to read the Scriptures in their own language and share in the Cup of Christ during the Lord's Supper.
Sorry I haven't seen this thread before.
So far I haven't find any materials in English (in Logos), exept the articles in historical books (like Schaff, P., & Schaff, D. S. (1997). History of the Christian church. Oak Harbor, WA: Logos Research Systems, Inc.)
Also in most Moravian or even Anabaptist materials there is information about Jan Hus (John Huss).
I would be very happy to see work or Jan Hus and Jan Amos Komensky (Comenius) in Logos both in Czech and English language. We might see some of the things in the pbb format latter.
P.S. Here is an example of an article in Logos in Who is Who in CHristian History:
logosres:who;hw=Huss,_Jan;off=1818
English Wikipedia has this list of Further Reading. It would be great to have some of that in Logos:

As addition to George's list I have found the following on the Amazon:

Thank you for that information. I appreciate that. Now, Logos, here is a suggestion: we need that book in Logos. [:)]
I went to Prague, Czech Republic in the summer of 1999. I went to one of the man churchs of Czech Brenthen. In the pastor's office he showed me two editions of all of John Huss Works. I remember so well one set was 14 volumes. The newer one was more of a crtical edition and older one not. I do not recall which one was the 14 vol one but both was nearly the same.
YES LOGOS should make it available, if not them their business compeitors. He (Huss)is very rich in the Thoughts/Things of the Lord.
We might create some of the works of Jan Hus as Personal Books, after the PBB comes out of Beta into the stable version of Logos 4.3.
Auf Engels?

English texts will be most probably copyrighted. I will see what we can do.
Great to see that Jerry. It looks we will see many good things in the time of PBBs becoming sharable! [Y]
OK, now we have what we asked for. Here is the John Huss Collection in the Community Pricing. Thank you Logos. Now, let's get it into production.
P.S. Just for you to notice: It is an old thread revived.
Yes, this is great. Wycliff influenced Hus, and that is under way. Now we have Hus too. Things are looking good. Let's put it over the top.
WOW - thanks Logos for ressponding in this manner and making one of the pivotal men in histopry who died for TRUTH. [Y]
