Visual Markup Styles: Change at highlighter pen does not affect itself on existing text markings
I can change the settings for the highlighter pens. But existing text markings are
only partly adapted. Because of what could it be?
As Example: I underline words with statements about God red (with
a highlighter pen "God"). Now I would like to mark words over God
completely red. I fit the appropriate emphasis highlighter pen "God" on. I
regard now my entries, which I have marked with the emphasis format highlighter pen "God". But some are with the old emphasis highlighter pen "God" marked and other one with
the new emphasis highlighter pen "God". However all should be marked with the
new emphasis highlighter pen "God" (it does not give an old highlighter pen for "God" in my visual markup styles).
My Logos / SESB has version 3.0g and is updated.

If i understand you correctly, you have edited a style "God" from being a red underline to a solid text colour of red, but not all your text markups are changed to the new style. I performed a test of this and my two markups were changed.

I again tested the problem. If I adapt simply the attitudes of a
pallet style, then all existing entries are adapted. As soon as I rename the pallet style, the attitudes are not taken over on the existing entries. That is illogical for me. I adjust a pallet style and do not
create a new palette style.
Why aren't the existing entries adapted? Is there a possibility to rename an existing pallet style and existing entries are still connected with the renamed pallet style? Or is there a possibility of assigning existing entries to an other palette style?
My logos 3 works on a PC with Win XP with Service Pack 3 (I do not have Internet Exlplorer 9).

No!
If you rename or remove a palette style the resource markups are not affected because the markup record is not changed (it has all the information for the style including its name). So if If you change the attributes of a style after renaming it the resource markups will not be affected UNLESS you give the style its original name e.g change God to Yaweh and change the attributes of Yahweh. The resource markups are unaffected until you rename the style to God.
NOTE: The markup record is stored in My Documents\Libronix DLS\ResourceMarkup. Your Palette & its Styles are stored in My Documents\Libronix DLS\VisualMarkupPalettes.

And how is it with logos 4? Is there a possibility to rename an existing pallet style? Or is there a possibility of assigning existing entries to an other palette style? (On the other hand one can never change the selected names more, without the linked markings are lost.)

It is possible to rename a style. If you then change its attributes the resource markups are also changed.

No. You would have to change the current style to match the other.
