MS WORD formatting causes loss of data in the notes, or it crashes

Dear Friends

I am nw to Logos 4 on Macbook, and I decided to add my notes.

I copy and pasted my notes into Logos 4 notes: MS WORD docx files copied over cause loss of data or crashes the machine.

By clearing the formatting the notes are succesfully saved.

First: you may want to edit your post to exclude the email address, since spammers are known to harvest open forums for addresses.

Then, you posted in the Libronix subforum, while you say you use Logos 4. Could you clarify your installation and (since you say it crashes) include some screenshots and logs - see http://wiki.logos.com/Diagnostic_Logging - of your problem for others to help you?
