FYI, the option to "Piroritize This Series" is missing from the menu in the Library Browser.
small thing, but I figured I would report it now anyway.

Over to the far right of the Library panel is a tab that allows you to prioritize the resources by dragging and dropping.
When you switch to "prioritize" from 'browse" you are all set to organize the resources.
