I have the old series x, had to reinstall on a new computer with windows 7. My NIV is installed and activated, but it still shows as locked. Any ideas?
Ron, did you use a backup of your license file to move your licenses into your new computer? (I don't think Series X had online backup, so you'd need a disc or something like that). If you can't get your licenses transferred you'll need to call Customer Service to get their help.

I think we have travelled down this path before!!
Where are you? Perhaps the problem is location. Series X does not unlock the NIV in about 20 countries, including Australia where I am.
