Problem with a reference in the WBC

There is an interesting reference in the WBC --just here:

logosres:wbc06a;ref=BibleBHS.Dt18.21-22;off=722

in the volume on Deuteronomy that says "(Tigay [1996] 178)."

The problem is I can't find the full reference in the biblio for this section of Deuteronomy above... I'm writing a (short'ish) paper and this particular section of text is critical to my outline, so I was trying to find all the references I could. In the process of biblio diving, I ran across this one that I can't resolve.

Any ideas? Maybe I just missed the reference someplace or another in there? Or maybe it's a mistake in the WBC right at that (rather inconvenient) point?

The bibliography at the beginning of each section supplements the main bibliography on pp xxxv and following. He's referring to Jeffrey Tigay's JPS Commentary on Deuteronomy, which is available in Logos.

If you have the JPS Torah commentaries, it is

Tigay, Jeffrey H. Deuteronomy. The JPS Torah commentary. Philadelphia: Jewish Publication Society, 1996.

The exact reference is "logosres:jpstorahdeu;ref=BibleBHS.Dt18.21;off=3774" I have submitted a typo report.
