Continuing problems with Notes (and possibly Passage Guide)

When I create notes, I carefully select "reference" rather than "selection" (i.e. reference is in lighter shade). But the note appears as if I had selected "selection" - shading appearing only on the translation in which I made the original selection.

I am still not getting the URL's in notes to work - colored as a link but no action when I click on it.

I continue to be surprised that the topics for Gen 1:1-6:8 (the first Torah reading in Jewish tradition) does not include the word "create", "creation" etc. ...

Orthodox Bishop Alfeyev: "To be a theologian means to have experience of a personal encounter with God through prayer and worship."; Orthodox proverb: "We know where the Church is, we do not know where it is not."

Don't know about the first issue, but I had a hyperlink issue and raised it earlier today. The answer was that hyperlinking seems to have come up in beta testing and had some issues. Logos, hopefully is working on these, but they are not resolved yet.

I believe that currently only Bible reference hyperlinks are supported.

When you are in "edit mode" for the note you will need to CTRL+Click for the hyperlink to send.

If you make a blank note or click in another note (in the same note file) and then move your mouse to the hyperlink in the other note you will be able to click on the hyperlink for it to send.

I know it is a little goofy but that is how I have been able to make it work. (for now)

The programming team has said that they are still working on this area so functions will increase with some time.

It would be good to let Bob and the program team know how you use them and what you would like to see. They care and will honestly consider and evaluate what you tell them. The have many factors to consider but they do listen.

Because I build Bible Studies in which I do not expect students to have a reference library, I do a lot of gathering reference materials from the web - and I am very careful to capture the URL from which the information comes - both so the study can read the larger article and for me to do appropriate copyright checking. Net result - a third of my notes need a source URL ... It looked like a major improvement to be able to add the URL to the text for a live link rather than showing the URL as text.
