Selecting Chapters in Export

Is there a fast way to select or un-select multiple chapters in the export?  Once I get a number of chapters selected, it takes my computer longer and longer to made changes.  It makes exporting a lot of material for reading on paper or kindle (am I allowed to say that?) time consuming.

    Not that I'm aware of. The best thing is to make sure you are right clicking the lowest level in the TOC and selecting "select all" then doing that for each chapter. I would love for them to add a "pause Preview Refresh" button to the preview window.
