Crash when adding item to a Prayer List

As a Forum newbie, I inadvertently posted this to the wrong (Mac Beta) forum.  I am runing L4 on Win7.

See: http://community.logos.com/forums/p/25211/260633.aspx#260633 where I tried to upload a logfile.  Hopefully I now have a good logfile for analysis by some Logos 4 guru.

(I have also posted on wiki at: http://wiki.logos.com/Bug$3a_Crash_when_creating_or_editing_prayer_list.)

I'd really like to be able to use Prayer Lists.  Thank you for any help you can provide. Smile

OK, we'll use this thread for comments.

RWTs appears to be a Prayer List imported from Libronix (?) but the log lacks Crash information. In the same folder you should find Logos4Crash.txt - upload that else enable logging, start L4 normally and reproduce the crash. Wait at least 30s, close L4 and upload the logs as per the wiki article.

Note that there is no need to create/update a wiki entry for the problem.

Thanks, Dave, for offering to help!

Since holding [Ctrl] key didn't seem to produce the crash info in the log file, I used the link you supplied to find the Java scripts to enable (& disable) logging.  I used the former to enable logging (got the popup window).

I am supplying 3 pairs of logfiles for 3 different tests.  Hopefully at least one of these has the crash info that is needed to analyze this problem.  The original logfile was named Logos4.log.  (There was no Logos4Crash.txt.)  The other file in each pair is the text from the Windows Problem Description window that pops up immediately after clicking inside an empty prayer list item text box.

In case it matters, I am running L4 on an Asus Eee PC T101MT Tablet (with Intel Atom N450 processor).  Running Windows 7 Starter Ed.

The logs are not sufficiently informative about the crash so you need to look at the Windows Event log to determine a likely cause and it might be necessary to work with Logos Tech support.
