I have previously posted a couple of times concerning this problem. I purchased the library yesterday for download - this is what file shows up on the order page: Logos4Setup.exe 322.33 kb There is no other file (except a download for MAC) listed under this order.
I downloaded the file and the version 4 installation began. I checked the icon in the lower right hand area of the screen and it indicated it was downloading 955 mb. It finished and shortly afterwards began the indexing process. This process took about 30 minutes. Afterwards I had the home page screen. I did not see any resources associated with the Leader's Library, but did see the resources I had for version 3.0. I posted regarding this and was told to type "update now" in the command bar. I did and went to bed. This morning I awoke with a fuller home screen and I suppose more resources installed from version 3, but still no version 4 resources.
This evening I came home and again ran the "update now" on the command line. I did notice there was a download going on for 26.5 mb. (I did go into version 3 and resychronized the license, but the Leader's Library did not show up). I don't know what this was for and after the download the files were sychronized and all the items are said to be up to date.
Could it be they have not given me the correct file to download for the Leader's Library?
I am open to any suggestions on how to get these files downloaded.
