Bug: opening a note sends the note file to a different location within the file.

I am 99.9945% sure that this bug has been reported, but I thought that I will state it again because it is such a pain in the a$$.
When I am reading one of my notes, then I go on to read my next note, the note file moves on me. Here are two screen prints. The first is just before I click on the Mat 11: 16-30 note file, and the second screen print is right after I click on the note file.
