"Cited By" Suggestion

I tried a search t see if this had been suggested earlier (even by me:) but it is still an issue ans I thought I would mention it (again?).
When clicking the upperleft tab on the Cited By window, there are some great helps to organizing and using this tool. When one wants to choose the collections / Resources there are convenient check boxes there to help organize your work. Great !!! But, wouldn't it make sense to have an option to choose to see only those boxes that you checked? This way you could MUCH more easily change their order in the list. Right now ... it takes alot of work to make a few changes (because my list of Collections / Mytags / and Resources is getting large). Just a suggestion. It really would be a huge time saver.
