Library Search - Different Results Online vs. Offline

On the library page, if I search for "counseling" while offline, I get only two books (the two that have the word "counseling" in the title).  If I do the same search while online, I get books that have "counseling" in the title or in any of the description fields.

Note: All of these books have been downloaded for offline use (all have the airplane symbol).

Is this a bug?
