Creating Prayer List

So I am new to Logods 4 and love it. Currently working on Windows platform. How do I create the descriptions in a new prayer list? WHej I create the list and click on "add prayer" I get a checkbox, but can find no way to put a request description next to it. Any help will be greatly appreciated, as I have already searched the forum to no avail.

Click to the right of the check box and you should get a space that allows you to put the "Prayer name" and under that "Notes..." and "Answer..." along with the ability to add a tag and select whether or not you want to schedule this prayer for every day.
