Printing options?
Is there a way to print/export just plain text? For example, I would like to print without the footnotes at the bottom. Also, I would like to print without Bible notes being included. So for the ESV, I'd like to just print plain text, not the verse notes indications.
How can I do that? I know I can select "Bible text only" but that changes the text from paragraphs to one verse per line.
I also can export and manipulate, but that requires a lot of editing, and I lose the Logos font.

Have you tried using the "Copy Bible Verses" tool? Details available at http://wiki.logos.com/Copy_Bible_Verses
It looks as though the "Bible Text Only" template there would give you what you want.
This would enable you to export text as required into a Word document and you could go from there

I have. I was looking for a print option, because the same issues can come up in other resources (which do not have the CBV option).

As far as I'm aware you can't, however if you print to a new word document then you can just remove the footer. Obviously it will leave all other formatting.
Graham's way is best for Bible exports, you can always define your own style to get it as you want.
