Logos 4 crashes

Logos is crashing every time I try to open the program. I just purchased logos today and downloaded it from the website. After I double click to open the program, the Logos Icon indicating the program is trying to open appears in the middle of my screen. Then and error message appears that says "Logos Bible Software 4 has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience."

I downloaded the program on my desktop and it seems to be working fine as it is now downloading my library. This error message and the crashing is occurring on my laptop. I have not even been able to open the program on my laptop.

This is the only information that shows up in the logos log file folder. It shows up as a text document in notepad:

It wasn't logos but a a damaged .NET Framework component. I found the answer in the last post here:

Thanks for that information. We usually suspect .NET if there is an incomplete Logos4 crash log, but I realised that our wiki article needed some clarification.
