Forward>, or Backward< Arrows

When reading multiple columns I’d like to have an option to just forward or reverse one column at a time instead of the whole view.
That way you could read ahead or behind a verse in context view. Something like <<,< and >,>>.
Like fast forward or slow forward.

Well WD, the squeaky wheel gets the grease, er, the WD40. [:D]
I agree with you. I prefer to read my Bible in columns, but I also like to scroll, which you lose when you are in column view. Squeak on.

This would be a great option.

While waiting for a solution, here is something that might help you out.
1) Set up a floating window with the resource you want to read in columned view.
2) Hold down CTRL and drag the tab to the right of the window. This will create a 2nd pane of the same resource.
3) set the 2nd window to scroll mode and link it to the first window.
4) Resize the second window to take up less of the screen. You can also adjust the font of that window to the lowest to make for faster scrolling.
5) The second window now functions as a scroll bar. when you want to read a couple verses back simply hover over the second window and use the wheel on your mouse to move the 1st reading window up or down a couple of verses. By far, though, an advance 1 column button would be prefered!
