Computer went into sleep mode downloading updates--any problem

Yesterday I upgraded from L3 Gold to L4 Platinum. My sales rep told me that my laptop computer needed to run continuously for the long initial download of updates, that I couldn't put it in sleep mode to pause the progress while I took the computer from office to home and vice versa. I installed the program and initiated the 8GB download and left the computer running in my office while I went home for the evening. The download was at 2% when I left.

When I returned to my office this morning, my computer had gone into sleep mode. I aroused it from its slumber and saw that the download progress icon was at 4%. It is now, an hour and a half later, at 10%.  It seems that my sales rep was incorrect when he said the download had to be continuously running. Or am I missing something?

Logos 4 does support going in to sleep mode during downloading, preparing your library, or indexing. You can even log off or restart during the first two processes; only indexing does not support being interrupted (e.g., by logging off) and will restart from the beginning the next time you run the software.

Sorry for the confusion--there's a lot of documentation about this new program to distribute to all our employees and sometimes parts can get overlooked or be misunderstood. We'll try to clear this up internally.
